Role Overview

Field Service Leadership

• Support the Service Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the field service team.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor engineers executing site work across projects.
• Prepare and monitor resource plans and utilization to balance availability, target backlogs, and business demand.
• Participate in or lead weekly resource allocation meetings with Project Management.
• Review the engineer skill matrix to match engineers to projects and service tasks.
• Coordinate deployments, mobilization workflows, and travel plans.
• Forecast project needs with Project Managers and secure necessary manpower.
• Build customer relationships and identify service sales opportunities during site visits.
• Ensure safety compliance, hazard reporting, and safety-event logging.
• Assign and monitor team training on safety, integrity, quality, and code of conduct.
• Create development plans, provide technical coaching, and arrange OEM discussions when needed.
• Set KPI-aligned team goals and assess engagement through feedback and action plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6 to 10 years of technical and leadership experience in the food industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Project management and site management backgrounds are advantageous.
• Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.

Work Environment

• The role coordinates field service engineers across projects and customer sites, including site work, mobilization, and travel planning.
