ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

  • Manage field service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments, and contingency planning.
  • Oversee and coordinate workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics for projects.
  • Coordinate and manage field service teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and optimize best practices to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to field service personnel as needed in technical support.
  • Maintain cost controls and ensure project profitability.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance related to field service operations.
  • Responsible for collecting, reviewing and maintaining expenditures and schedules for all field service teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in field service management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Passport and Real ID
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in managing service teams, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee field operations.
