Role Overview

A Day In The Life

• Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.

What We're Looking For

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Customer First Attitude: Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and a good driving record; ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

Physical Requirements Of The Role

• Climb and descend extension and step ladders with tools and equipment on a repeated basis.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Enter and perform work in attics with temperatures that may exceed 110°F for short periods and openings as small as 16" x 30" or 18" x 24".
• Crawling, kneeling, crouching, and awkward postures may be required for up to 60 minutes at a time.
• Maintaining 3-points of contact while navigating or traversing across trusses without stepping on drywall in between.
• Operate a company vehicle repeatedly.
• Perform work while standing for extended periods.
• Perform computer and telephone work while seated as needed.

Compensation

• Total Compensation: Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.
• The base hourly range for this position is $31.69 - $35.34.
• Actual pay will vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance.
• Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
• The position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
