Main Duties

  • Guide, coach, mentor road technicians on service work.
  • Provide resolution to technicians who need additional technical support.
  • Work with customers, technicians and other staff to seek resolution.
  • Travel to customer locations.
  • Requirements: Must be customer service focused
  • Mechanical and technical knowledge of lift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated mechanical expertise
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ and problem solve
  • Proficient using a computer
