Our partner in Dubai-UAE, CIS (Crane Industrial Services LLC), is looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5 years of work experience as a Field Service Engineer
Knowledge and experience working with technical cranes
Proficiency with MS Office applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair cranes at various customer locations.
- Conduct post-repair audits, ensuring safety features are functional and documenting deficiencies.
- Provide safety notifications and corrective recommendations to customers, and advise on necessary repairs.
- Complete digital service documentation, obtaining customer signatures and approvals.
- Maintain communication with the service office and planner.
- Ensure company equipment, vehicles, and assets are in safe working order.
- Comply with OHS regulations and company health and safety policies.
- Participate in health and safety improvement programs.
