What we’re looking for
A working knowledge of the ready-mix concrete industry
An Electro-Mechanical aptitude is desirable and ideally, you’ll possess a broad array of knowledge including , mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals
A self-starter, ability to use initiative and a curious mindset
Flexibility to travel and the ability to respond to short notice project work and critical incidents
Excellent communication with the ability to coach and train local teams on our product
What you’ll be doing
Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Verifi by reviewing and analysing component performance reports to determine problem areas and develop resolutions.
Coordinate problem resolution with other employees as needed always serving as the local liaison and first line of contact with the customer
Technical work including installation, preventative and scheduled maintenance, calibration, and emergency service repair
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Act as a H&S ambassador, always operating within regulations and local site EHS policies and procedures
