Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales & Marketing role based in Ahmedabad.
The role involves visiting potential and existing retail partners, salons, and distributors to present FASHION I PARIS products, explain value propositions, and drive orders and placements.
The team member will conduct product demonstrations, support in-store promotions, and ensure brand visibility through displays, merchandising, and sampling activities.
Responsibilities
include building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering market intelligence, tracking competitor activities, and sharing feedback with internal teams.
The role also includes meeting sales targets, preparing daily/weekly visit reports, coordinating with marketing for events and campaigns, and representing the brand at local beauty, fashion, and lifestyle activations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in beauty, fashion, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience with on-ground marketing, in-store promotions, events, and brand activation activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Good organizational, time management, and basic reporting skills (Excel, CRM, or similar tools).
- Comfort with frequent local travel in and around Ahmedabad for client visits and market coverage.
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Preferred educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant experience can offset formal education.
- Fluency in English and local languages; prior exposure to premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
