Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, feet-on-the-street
Sales Logistics Specialist
who knows the Dubai last-mile market inside out.
This is not a desk job.
You will be in the field, hunting for new merchants, uncovering hidden shipment volumes, and aggressively growing our market share.
If you already have a active book of clients, know exactly where Dubai’s e-commerce, retail, and wholesale shipment pools are hiding, and thrive on closing face-to-face deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- **Merchant Acquisition:**
- Scout, pitch, and onboard new merchants (E-commerce brands, retail groups, social commerce sellers, and trading companies) across Dubai.
- **Field Sales Execution:**
- Spend the majority of your week in the field, meeting decision-makers, understanding their logistics pain points, and closing deals.
- **Volume Hunting:**
- Identify and capture high-volume shipment hubs and businesses that require reliable daily last-mile delivery services.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Utilize your existing network and market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors and identify untapped commercial areas.
- **Pipeline Management:**
- Own the sales cycle from cold sourcing to negotiation, contract signing, and successful handover to the operations team.
- **Retention & Growth:**
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new merchants to secure consistent and growing daily shipment volumes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3–5 years of solid sales experience
- specifically within Last-Mile Logistics or Express Delivery in Dubai
- .
- **Market Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of the Dubai e-commerce and retail ecosystem, including where the major shipment volumes are generated.
- **Network:**
- An existing, active database or strong relationship network of local merchants and B2C/B2B shippers is highly preferred.
- **Skills:**
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You must be comfortable with cold-calling and cold-visiting.
- **Mobility:**
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle.
