Field Sales Logistics Coordinator

Department: Sales Operations

Location: On-site - 3067 W Ina Rd, Tucson, AZ 85741

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Position Overview

The Field Logistics Coordinator is the strategic anchor of our field sales operations. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Advisors and Sales Managers to seamlessly coordinate, optimize, and manage in-home appointments. You will be tasked with solving complex logistical puzzles in real-time—navigating sudden cancellations, urgent reschedules, and moving appointments to maximize our team’s efficiency and revenue potential.

To thrive in this role, you cannot just be an "order taker." You must possess a high degree of critical thinking to evaluate geographic routes and schedule density, exceptional influencing skills to negotiate changes with sales teams, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Scheduling & Dispatching: Own the day-to-day calendar management for in-home appointments, carefully balancing advisor availability, geographic routing, and customer needs.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: React swiftly to cancellations or delays by re-routing Advisors, moving appointments, or filling schedule gaps to minimize downtime.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Managers and Advisors to communicate schedule changes, negotiate coverage for orphaned appointments, and set expectations clearly.
  • Data Integrity & Attention to Detail: Maintain flawless records in our CRM/scheduling software, ensuring all appointment details, client notes, and addresses are 100% accurate before an Advisor arrives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring scheduling bottlenecks and recommend process changes to improve field efficiency and reduce cancellation rates.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: You can look at a messy schedule, anticipate potential roadblocks, and logically piece the puzzle back together for optimal efficiency.
  • Influencing & Negotiation Skills: You are comfortable pushing back, navigating competing priorities, and getting buy-in from driven sales professionals on schedule changes.
  • Composure Under Pressure: You have a proven ability to remain highly calm, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift by the minute.
  • Impeccable Attention to Detail: You catch the small things that others miss, ensuring our field teams have exactly what they need to succeed.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can be highly professional, concise, and empathetic.
