We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive (Female) to generate business opportunities and support our sales team.
Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, conducting presentations, generating sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Promote the company's services, including:
O Annual Maintenance Contracts (Amc)
- Visit potential clients and conduct sales presentations.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or IT solution sales.
- Experience selling IT services, CCTV systems, storage solutions, computer hardware, or related technology products/services is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
