Overview
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven **Driver Registration & Training Officer** to join our team.
The primary responsibility is to identify, onboard, register, and train freelance drivers to use the company's mobile application.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, meeting drivers, explaining app features, conducting training sessions, and achieving monthly registration targets.
Key Responsibilities Driver Registration & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit freelance recovery, towing, battery, tyre, and roadside assistance drivers.
- Register drivers on the mobile application.
- Verify driver documents and assist with profile activation.
- Ensure all required registration information is complete and accurate.
Driver Training
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions on using the Driver App.
- Explain job acceptance, navigation, trip management, payments, and app features.
- Guide drivers on company policies and service standards.
- Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded drivers.
Field Sales & Business Development
- Visit recovery companies, garages, workshops, fleet owners, and driver locations to recruit drivers.
- Build strong relationships with drivers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly driver registration and activation targets.
- Promote the company's services and driver benefits.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily records of driver registrations and training sessions.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Follow up with registered drivers until they become active on the platform.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE field sales or customer-facing experience**.
- Experience in driver onboarding, logistics, automobile, transportation, or mobility platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions.
- Good knowledge of mobile applications.
- Willing to travel across the Dubai for field visits.
- Languages: **English and Hindi/Urdu** (Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, or roadside assistance platforms.
- Knowledge of the UAE automobile and recovery industry.
- Ability to train and motivate drivers.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
