This role will be responsible for defining and driving the industry marketing strategy, focusing on building high-impact programs and campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation within key market segments.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across key industries to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize target segments and develop tailored value propositions.
Program & Campaign Management
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing programs, including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content initiatives.
- Manage the program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with the Sales team to develop sales tools, messaging, and collateral that support the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure lead follow-up and tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from the Sales organization.
Content & Messaging
- Oversee the creation of industry-specific content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on industry or program marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
