Job Summary
Seeking a motivated
L1 Field Engineer
to support onsite network and infrastructure operations.
The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and cabling under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity checks.
- Support hardware setup — servers, UPS, racks, and patch panels.
- Assist with cabling, labeling, and physical network maintenance.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and documentation.
- Provide onsite end-user support for connectivity issues.
Requirements
- **1–2 years**
- of IT or network support experience.
- Basic knowledge of
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs

- Windows systems

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willing to

Preferred
- Diploma or Degree in
IT / Computer Science / Electronics
