The Debt Management team collects unpaid loan amounts using data and targeted action plans while aiming to provide a good customer experience.
The Field Collection team member visits customers in person to collect overdue loan payments.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer addresses to follow up on missed payments.
- Follow the company Code of Conduct, SOP, and legal guidelines; remain polite and fair.
- Work visits within the stated 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM working-hours window, starting early.
- Use the company mobile app to report after each visit and update customer information.
- Meet weekly milestones and month-end collection goals.
- Communicate regularly with the manager and report field issues promptly.
What you need
- 1 to 5 years of experience in field work, sales, or collection roles.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Any educational background is welcome.
- Take responsibility for work and finish tasks on time.
- Ability to understand loan processes and documents; training is provided.
- Ability to plan the day and prioritize customer visits to save time.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is up to ₹30,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
Work location
- Work location is on the road; customer visits are central to the role.
