Key responsibilities
- Visit customers with overdue loan or credit-card accounts and discuss outstanding payments and their financial situations.
- Negotiate repayment plans and approved settlement options; secure Promise-to-Pay commitments and follow up for payment.
- Support settlement and account closure within authorised limits.
- Record daily visits, customer feedback, and follow-ups; achieve monthly collection and field-visit targets.
- Follow company, client, and regulatory collection guidelines and maintain respectful, compliant customer interactions.
Candidate requirements
- Field collection or debt recovery experience; one year is stated as required, while 1–3 years is listed as preferred.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; target-oriented and comfortable working in the field.
- UAE collection experience is an advantage.
- English and Arabic communication skills are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
- Compensation includes fixed salary, monthly performance incentives, and a separate travel allowance for field visits.
Work location
- Work location is in person, and the duties require field visits.
