Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Field-based role with site travel and occasional emergency support

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination works
• Lead field teams to ensure project completion on time and within standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Troubleshoot fiber optic network faults and signal issues
• Ensure proper testing using OTDR and other fiber testing equipment
• Review and interpret fiber network plans and technical drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Ensure compliance with telecom safety and installation standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
• Proven experience in fiber optic installation or supervision roles
• Hands-on experience with fiber testing and splicing equipment
• Ability to manage field teams and project activities
• Strong understanding of telecom network infrastructure
• Willingness to work in field environments and travel to sites
