Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to patterns and measurements.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, lift/move materials and work in non‐climate‐controlled environments.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in sewing or upholstery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating industrial cutting machines and handling various fabrics, including vinyl and carpet.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sewing and upholstery processes.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety compliance to include PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safe behaviors and conditions. Must possess the desire and ambition to always work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately.
  • Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
  • The pay range for this position is $20.90 to $23.65, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
