Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for design, procurement, and project execution?
We are looking for an experienced
FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Manager
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement processes
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, and project teams
- Develop and manage FF&E budgets and cost plans
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and maintain FF&E specifications and documentation
- Track orders, production, and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with project design intent and quality standards
- Oversee logistics, installation, and site coordination
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues
- Lead FF&E project closeout, snagging, and handover processes

Requirements
- Proven experience in FF&E management (hospitality or large-scale projects preferred)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
