Job Summary

Key Responsibilities : Customer Communication

• Respond to all WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, and social media inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about services, prices, promotions, and packages.
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into appointments.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone with all clients.

Sales & Telemarketing

• Promote salon services, special offers, packages, and new treatments.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.
• Reach out to previous clients for rebooking and loyalty promotions.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Booking & Scheduling

• Manage daily appointment schedules using the salon booking system.
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and avoid overbooking.
• Coordinate with staff to manage availability and timing.

Customer Care & Support

• Handle customer feedback, issues, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure every client receives timely reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Keep client records updated and organized.

Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly sales/booking reports.
• Track inquiries, conversions, and customer response times.
• Report any issues, trends, or suggestions to the Manager.

Requirements

• **Female candidates** (beauty industry requirement).
• Previous experience in **call center, telemarketing, or online sales** (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in **English** (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong understanding of WhatsApp, Instagram, and online customer interaction.
• Sales-focused, confident, and able to handle multiple chats/calls.
• Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of beauty salon services is a bonus.
