Job Description
- -Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers, sellers, or renters based on their real estate needs and preferences.
- -Property Information: Provide detailed information about available properties, including location, features, pricing, and availability.
- Answering Inquiries: Address client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- -Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and information in a CRM system.
Qualifications
- Own visa / Husband visa open to apply
- -High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree may be preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service, with preference for real estate-related experience.
- -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Excellent phone etiquette.
- -Customer-focused approach.
