Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist / Marketing Executive with experience in a medical center or healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, handling marketing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness for the medical center.

The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase patient engagement and clinic visibility.
  • Coordinate with doctors and departments for promotional activities and healthcare campaigns.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms professionally.
  • Design marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
  • Handle paid advertisements and social media boosting campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing medical events, health awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines and company branding.

Requirements

  • Arabic Speaker is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in content creation, photography, video editing, and graphic design is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in influencer collaboration and social media campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
