We are a premier medical and aesthetic clinic looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our digital presence. This is a freelance, part-time position perfect for someone who understands the balance between high-end aesthetic appeal and professional medical ethics.

Your mission is to turn our clinical expertise into engaging, trend-driven content that builds trust and attracts new patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories showcasing treatments, patient testimonials, and "behind-the-scenes" clinic life.
• Social Media Management: Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts, including scheduling posts and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic grid.
• Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs promptly to foster a community and assist with patient inquiries.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions that are informative, medically accurate (per DHA guidelines), and include effective CTAs.
• Strategy: Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest creative ways to highlight our services and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

• Portfolio: Proven experience managing professional Instagram/TikTok accounts (healthcare or beauty industry experience is a major plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) and design tools like Canva.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.
• Reliability: Ability to visit the clinic periodically to capture raw content and meet with the management team.
• Knowledge: An eye for aesthetics and an understanding of social media algorithms.
