Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Content Creation:** Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories showcasing treatments, patient testimonials, and "behind-the-scenes" clinic life.
• **Social Media Management:** Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts, including scheduling posts and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic grid.
• **Engagement:** Respond to comments and DMs promptly to foster a community and assist with patient inquiries.
• **Copywriting:** Write compelling captions that are informative, medically accurate (per DHA guidelines), and include effective CTAs.
• **Strategy:** Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest creative ways to highlight our services and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

• **Portfolio:** Proven experience managing professional Instagram/TikTok accounts (healthcare or beauty industry experience is a major plus).
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) and design tools like Canva.
• **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal English.
• **Reliability:** Ability to visit the clinic periodically to capture raw content and meet with the management team.
• **Knowledge:** An eye for aesthetics and an understanding of social media algorithms.
