Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create short-form videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, and social posts.
• Appear on camera to present products, services, or brand content.
• Develop content ideas informed by trends and audience interests.
• Plan, film, and edit videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Write captions and use relevant hashtags to improve reach and engagement.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Follow social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content.
• Collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns.
• Monitor performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and professional online presence.

Requirements

• Confident, friendly, engaging on-camera presence; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or similar video-editing applications.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for visuals, storytelling, and trends.
• Comfortable recording videos, speaking on camera, and presenting products or services.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content ideas.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content are preferred.
• Previous content creation, digital marketing, or social media management experience is an advantage.

Compensation
