We are looking for a **Salon Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our salon and the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience
- Manage bookings and schedules efficiently using **Fresha**
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the team by ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- **Previous experience** as a salon or spa receptionist (preferred)
- **Knowledge of Fresha system** is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
- **Can join immediately**
