Represent the brand and work toward personal and store goals through customer service, client relations, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Build a client book and follow through on client requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- Learn about the company, products, fashion trends, and the competitive market.
- Handle in-store repairs, special orders, returns, and other special requests.
- Support product launches, client service, and selling initiatives.
- Scheduling social media posts and basic editing are advantageous.
Requirements
- At least three years of fashion sales experience in a high-end fashion retail store.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is also listed as required, though described elsewhere as an advantage.
- Computer literacy, professional presentation, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- A fashion-forward outlook and passion for fashion or luxury goods are expected.
- Dependability, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability are expected.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
