Job Description
Rafmoh Gold Bullion Retail is looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in gold retail sales and a strong understanding of customer service excellence within the bullion or jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with gold bullion and jewelry purchases
- Provide expert product knowledge and pricing guidance
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Full contribution to store performance
- Ensure proper display and handling of gold products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Female candidate (mandatory)
- Prior experience in gold or bullion retail sales (mandatory)
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Arab background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
