As a Female Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and closing sales for our automotive services.
This is a performance-driven role with attractive commission earnings and unlimited income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, including individual vehicle owners, corporate fleets, dealerships, and luxury car owners.
- Promote The Detail Bay's services, including:
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Ceramic Coating
- Window Tinting
• Interior & Exterior Detailing
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Schedule appointments and vehicle inspections.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or automotive industry sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Existing network within automotive, luxury, or corporate sectors is a plus.

- 100% Commission-Based Structure.
