Reditcare Credit Management is seeking a **female Customer Service & Sales Executive** to join our team as a **Financial Advisor**.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service with strong sales and collection skills, assisting clients in managing and repaying their outstanding debts through structured salary-based plans.
This role requires professionalism, empathy, and a proactive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a financial advisor to clients with outstanding bank debts
- Provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients toward responsible debt repayment
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage timely payments
- Offer tailored repayment strategies aligned with clients’ salary structures
- Maintain clear, accurate records of all client interactions
- Follow up on payment commitments and meet daily/monthly recovery goals
- Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Requirements
- **Female candidates only** (due to the nature of client interactions and internal team dynamics)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or debt collection
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of salary-based repayment systems and debt management preferred
- Familiarity with UAE banking and credit practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
