Overview
We are looking for a female resin artist who is artistic, detail-oriented, and passionate about preserving flowers and natural materials through resin art.
The ideal candidate views resin work as a form of craftsmanship and artistic expression, with a strong eye for composition, finishing, and presentation.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and experiment creatively alongside the team.
Responsibilities
- Preserve flowers and botanicals through pressing, drying, and resin casting techniques.
- Create resin-based pieces including trays, coasters, keepsakes, and decorative objects.
- Prepare molds, mix resin, and ensure proper curing and finishing.
- Clean and prepare flowers for preservation and resin work.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of resin tools and materials.
- Experiment with creative resin techniques and concepts.
- Coordinate with the creative team on custom projects and orders.
- Package finished products professionally and assist with inventory restocking.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from the store manager and creative director.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in resin art or floral preservation (preferred)
Background in arts, design, or crafts (preferred)
Qualities
Artistic, patient, and detail-oriented.
Creative with a strong sense of composition and color.
Eager to learn and experiment.
Able to work neatly and efficiently.
Passionate about flowers, art, and craftsmanship.
Resin Art: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
