Job Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly assess and document the patient's health condition, report changes, and update care plans as necessary.
• Coordination: Work closely with doctors, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and home care best practices.
• Compliance: Adhere to all DOH regulations and maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must possess a valid DOH license.
• Experience: Previous experience in home care or a similar nursing role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Bonus Plan and Referral Program

• Performance Bonus: Earn quarterly performance bonuses based on patient feedback and care quality.
• Referral Bonus for Nurses: Participate in our referral program where you can earn bonuses by referring qualified nurses to Alyazia Medical Care. For every successful referral, you will receive a generous bonus once the referred nurse completes three months of service.
• Referral Bonus for Patients: Earn bonuses by referring new patients to Alyazia Medical Care. For each referred patient who signs up and receives services for a minimum of three months, you will receive a referral bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
