Join a beauty clinic as a customer-focused Arabic Receptionist and Call Center Agent.
Manage front desk operations, calls, appointments, client follow-up, and clinic support activities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients professionally.
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up with new leads and existing clients.
- Explain clinic services, promotions, and packages.
- Maintain client records in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists.
- Handle concerns and escalate them when necessary.
- Process payments and issue receipts when required.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Support administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and proficient English.
- Experience as a receptionist, call center agent, customer service representative, or clinic coordinator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Beauty clinic, aesthetic clinic, salon, spa, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Experience with CRM or clinic management software is preferred.
- Sales or customer retention experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of aesthetic and beauty treatments is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
