Overview

  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Register new patients and update patient records accurately.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages professionally.
  • Guide patients regarding consultations, therapies, packages, and clinic procedures.
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash collections.
  • Maintain reception, waiting area, and patient records in an organized manner.
  • Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and treatment reviews.
  • Assist in promoting clinic services, wellness programs, and special offers.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professional ethics at all times.
  • Support administrative and office coordination activities as required.
