Overview
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Register new patients and update patient records accurately.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages professionally.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, therapies, packages, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash collections.
- Maintain reception, waiting area, and patient records in an organized manner.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and treatment reviews.
- Assist in promoting clinic services, wellness programs, and special offers.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professional ethics at all times.
- Support administrative and office coordination activities as required.
