Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our beauty salon team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment. Quick typing and strong computer skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival
• Assist clients with inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and manage bookings efficiently
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using the salon system
• Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate daily transactions
• Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauty therapists for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and attended to while waiting
• Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers when appropriate
• Handle client feedback professionally and escalate concerns when needed
• Type quickly and accurately for client records, reports, and messages
• Use computer programs efficiently, including booking systems, Microsoft Office, and salon software
