Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our beauty salon team.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment. **Quick typing and strong computer skills are essential** for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival
- Assist clients with inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and manage bookings efficiently
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using the salon system
- Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate daily transactions
- Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauty therapists for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and attended to while waiting
- Promote salon services, packages, and ongoing offers when appropriate
- Handle client feedback professionally and escalate concerns when needed
- **Type quickly and accurately for client records, reports, and messages**
- Use computer programs efficiently, including booking systems, Microsoft Office, and salon software
