About the Role
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join a reputable dermatology clinic in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and patient scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cashier duties.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in promoting clinic services and offers when needed.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / booking systems).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinics.
- Familiarity with clinic management systems.
- Ability to handle patient concerns with professionalism and care.
