Job Requirements – Female Receptionist (Derma / Aesthetic Clinic)
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Minimum **1–2 years experience** as a receptionist in a **derma / aesthetic / medical clinic**
- Strong knowledge of **aesthetic treatments** (Botox, fillers, facials, laser, skin procedures)
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and patient‑friendly attitude
- Ability to manage **appointments, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow‑ups**
- Experience using **clinic software / booking systems**
- Ability to work in a **fast‑paced environment**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be currently **based in Dubai**
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and managing check‑in/check‑out
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with doctors
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Explaining basic treatment information and prices
- Managing WhatsApp, calls, and daily patient inquiries
- Ensuring smooth patient flow inside the clinic
- Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
