About This Role
FEMALE SECRETARY FOR DENTAL CLINIC IN DUBAI
We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Female Secretary with excellent communication skills . Secretary is responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and guests and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Manage and maintain the office calendar
- Monitor and manage the office email inbox
- Maintain and update company database and files
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed.
- Receiving Client Payments
- Arranging Income/ Payment List to be send to the Accounts.
- Good Experience in Excel Sheet
