We expect you to be well-dressed and presentable.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the office.
- Direct clients to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring the logbook).
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses and costs.
- Update daily reports and Masterfile.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a MUST.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
