Rovex Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and professional **Female Real Estate Agent** with strong knowledge of Dubai’s **secondary and off-plan real estate market**.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle secondary and off-plan property sales
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties
- Follow up with portal leads, company leads, and personal leads
- Conduct property viewings and developer presentations
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
- Promote listings through portals, social media, and professional networks
- Provide accurate market advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
- Maintain updated client records and property information
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Experience in both secondary and off-plan sales is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and client-focused personality
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market trends
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups professionally
- UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Must be target-driven and serious about growth
