Overview
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Female Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal professionals throughout the transaction process.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French are an advantage.

- 100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary).
