Job Vacancy – Female Quality Supervisor (Tadbeer Center – Abu Dhabi)
We are looking for a Female Quality Supervisor to join our Tadbeer Center in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have a strong personality and excellent communication skills to manage and supervise domestic workers effectively.
Requirements
- Female Arab nationality only
- Strong personality and confident in handling domestic workers (housemaids)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage and supervise housemaids professionally
- Experience in Tadbeer / domestic worker services will be an advantage
- Good problem-solving and conflict handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases
- Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to interact with different cultures and personalities
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor housemaids under Tadbeer center
- Conduct orientation for newly arrived domestic workers
- Provide training guidance and ensure compliance with Ministry requirements
- Support housemaids in completing required certification programs
- Handle customer complaints related to housemaid performance
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers and housemaids
- Resolve conflicts and ensure proper service matching
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Report issues and updates to management
Job Details
- Full-time onsite job
- 9 hours duty + 1 hour break
- Weekly 1 day off
