My Perfumes Factory LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to support procurement and purchasing operations.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of perfume products and experience in coordinating procurement activities, vendor management, contract administration, and purchase order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of perfume products, raw materials, packaging, and related supplies.
- Provide support in the review, processing, and administration of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, subcontracts, and NDAs.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and facilitate procurement processes.
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for products and services.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Coordinate and facilitate due diligence requirements and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain records of due diligence requests and approvals.
- Review procurement documents to ensure compliance with company requirements and procedures.
- Support project teams by ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and guidelines.
- Facilitate approvals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update vendor and supplier databases.
- Verify and monitor purchase orders and procurement transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with daily purchasing and administrative activities.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Perform other duties assigned by management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Coordinator or in a similar procurement role.
- Knowledge of perfume products and the fragrance industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
