(Female) Procurement, accounts & HR Manager - Interior Fitout

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of fit-out, renovation, and joinery materials.
• Source vendors, negotiate rates, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely site or factory deliveries.
• Maintain vendor databases, rate comparisons, and project-wise purchase records.
• Verify supplier invoices, bills, expenses, and payment requests.
• Maintain project-wise cost records and prepare weekly or monthly expense summaries.
• Coordinate receivables, payables, and accounting documentation.
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, overtime, leave, and employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, visas, insurance, and other HR/admin requirements.
• Work with designers, project managers, site teams, and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in UAE interior fit-out, construction, or contracting.
• The posting lists 8 years as preferred for the manager role and 5 years as preferred for joinery material procurement.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and UAE market pricing; working knowledge of accounts and HR processes.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and Zoho or Tally software skills.
• Fluent Hindi and English communication required.
• The candidate should be organized, commercially sharp, proactive, and strong in follow-up and cost control.
