About The Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Female Principal to lead a whole school through its next phase of academic excellence and strategic development.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of senior leadership, a deep understanding of the USA Common Core curriculum, and proven experience managing an entire school setting.
This is a key leadership role that requires a balance of instructional leadership, operational management, and community engagement in an international, culturally diverse environment.
Key Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Whole School Principal or Head of School
- Proven leadership within schools delivering the USA Common Core Standards
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment frameworks, and data-driven instruction
- Experience working within or alongside the UAE education system and the MOE (Ministry of Education) framework is highly preferred
- Strong background in school improvement planning and academic performance enhancement
- Experience leading large teams of educators across Primary and Secondary phases
- Demonstrated ability to manage school operations, safeguarding, and compliance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including parents, board members, and regulatory authorities
- Strong leadership in staff development, coaching, and performance management
