Yalla Fitness is hiring Personal Trainers to join its fitness team at Reef Mall, Deira, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and fitness assessments.
- Create customized workout programs and guide members on exercise technique and safe equipment use.
- Motivate members, conduct Strong Start or complimentary sessions for new members, and support fitness goals.
- Generate personal-training leads, meet monthly sales targets, and build member relationships through customer service.
- Keep the gym floor organized and safe; follow company policies, standards, and trainer guidelines.
Requirements
- Personal Trainer certification is required.
- One to two years of fitness-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming, strength training, and weight management.
- Strong communication, customer-service, personal-training sales, and member-engagement skills.
- Energetic, professional, target-driven, and able to work as part of a team.
Compensation
- Advertised pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month, plus commission.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role; work location is in person at Yalla Fitness, Reef Mall, 2nd Floor, Deira, Dubai.
