Job Summary
Monroe Medical Center is looking for a Female DHA Licensed Pedodontist to join our growing dental team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled specialist with strong experience in pediatric dentistry and excellent behavior management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children
- Perform pediatric procedures (fillings, pulp therapy, SSC, extractions, space maintainers)
- Manage child behavior using effective techniques
- Educate parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with DHA standards
Requirements
- Valid DHA License as Specialist Pedodontist (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years UAE experience preferred
- Strong expertise in child behavior management
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Professional, patient-focused attitude
Preferred
- Experience in sedation dentistry
- Multilingual (Arabic / English)
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships
