We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Aesthetic Treatment Coordinator to join our premium aesthetic clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury client service and thrives in a sales driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient consultations, bookings, and follow ups with a high level of professionalism
- Deliver a seamless, luxury experience for all clients
- Actively follow up on leads and convert inquiries into treatments
- Coordinate treatment plans and promote clinic services and packages
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and in person
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in aesthetic & dental sales (mandatory)
- Previous work experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic (required)
- Strong sales skills with an aggressive and results driven follow up approach
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage)
- Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital communication platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand image
- Strong understanding of premium positioning and high end client expectations
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail oriented
- Flexible with working hours
Preferred
- Experience handling high value clients or VIP clientele
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
