Female Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – Full-Time (Percentage Basis)

Overview

Location:** Jumeirah Garden City, Al Satwa, UAE

Key Requirements

• Must be a **Female Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon** with relevant specialization
• **Mandatory UAE experience (Dubai or other Emirates)**
• Valid **DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility as Specialist/Consultant**
• Proven experience in handling surgical and complex dental cases independently
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
• **Scope of Work / Procedures:** The candidate will be responsible for performing and managing, but not limited to:
• Surgical tooth extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth)
• Dental implant placement and related procedures
• Bone grafting and sinus lift procedures
• Management of oral infections and pathology
• Minor oral surgical procedures and soft tissue surgeries
• Pre-prosthetic surgeries
• Facial trauma (basic management where applicable)
• TMJ-related treatments (basic management)
• Collaboration with general dentists for multidisciplinary cases

Working Details

• **Timings:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• **Working Days:** Full-time (daily basis)
• **Compensation:** **Strictly percentage-based (per case/patient revenue share)**
• *(No fixed salary, retainer, or guaranteed income will be provided)*

• This position is offered on a **revenue-sharing model only**, and earnings are directly linked to cases handled by the doctor
• The clinic will provide facilities, equipment, and support staff; however, **no guaranteed patient flow is committed**
• The doctor is expected to maintain high professional standards, ethical practice, and comply with UAE healthcare regulations
• All treatments must be performed under clinic protocols and licensing guidelines
• Any malpractice, negligence, or regulatory violation will be the responsibility of the treating doctor as per UAE law
• The clinic reserves the right to modify operational policies in accordance with regulatory requirements
