Role overview
Unibuild Garage is seeking an Office Engineer for its team in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on project planning, BOQs, budgeting, project approvals, coordination, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines; prepare, review, and manage BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material requirements; monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Coordinate approvals with consultants, authorities, and relevant parties; prepare and review technical documents, reports, quotations, and project records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams; monitor progress and address delays or issues.
- Review requirements, specifications, and drawings; maintain accurate records and submit documents on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Hands-on project planning and budgeting experience, including practical BOQ and cost-estimate preparation and management.
- Experience coordinating project approvals and ability to independently manage planning and documentation tasks.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering or project management tools; strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Arabic-speaking candidates and candidates with UAE experience are preferred; immediate availability is advantageous.
