About This Role
About the Role:
We are seeking professional and dedicated Female Massage Therapists to join our growing home-service wellness team in Doha. This is a mobile role where you will provide high-quality massage treatments in the comfort and privacy of our female clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to clients' locations across Doha to perform professional massage treatments.
- Strictly provide services to female clients only, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
- Manage equipment and materials provided by the company with care.
Requirements:
- Location: Must be currently in Qatar (Local Hire).
- Legal: Valid Qatar ID (QID) and eligibility for Sponsorship Transfer (NOC).
- Experience: Proven experience in various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hilot, etc.).
- Driver's License: A valid Qatar Driver's License is a major advantage.
- Language: Good communication skills in English.
What We Provide:
- Full Professional Equipment: We provide the massage table (camilla), high-quality oils, linens, and all necessary materials for your work.
- Transportation: * If you have a valid Qatar Driver’s License: A company car will be provided for your professional and personal use.
- If you do not drive: Company transportation to and from clients will be arranged.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Basic Salary: (To be discussed based on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Attractive commission/bonus structure based on the number of sessions and client feedback.
- Health Insurance: Full coverage as per Qatar Labor Law.
- Annual Leave: Paid annual leave and air ticket every two years.
- End of Service Gratuity: Provided as per Qatar Labor Law.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
