About This Role
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies tailored to the luxury aesthetic and wellness space
- Lead all brand positioning efforts across digital, print, social media, and in-clinic touchpoints
- Manage social media accounts, content creation, and influencer collaborations that reflect brand tone and exclusivity
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for treatments
- Organize exclusive client events and VIP experiences to enhance loyalty and word-of-mouth
- Coordinate with PR agencies, stylists, and luxury lifestyle media for brand partnerships
- Analyze marketing KPIs, monitor ROI, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity that aligns with our luxury clientele’s expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field
- 2 years or more of marketing experience in luxury, beauty, aesthetics, or high-end wellness sectors
- Proven ability to manage upscale branding and digital campaigns
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for design and elegance
- Knowledge of social media trends, digital tools, and CRM platforms
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional presentation aligned with luxury standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female, with a deep understanding of female-driven luxury markets and client expectations
- Sophisticated, detail-oriented, and culturally aware
- Experience in a luxury clinic, spa, boutique hotel, or premium wellness brand is a plus
- Fluent in English
